All KHD specification steam generators are specially uprated for conveyor belt cleaning and other industrial dry steam cleaning applications. We offer an uncompromised general steam cleaning machine solution, with unique features included as standard.
The KHD-16 is our upgraded 9kW industrial steam generator, delivering up to 30% more dry steam output than the previous 9kW platform. Producing up to 15.7 kg/hour of high-temperature dry steam at working pressures up to 10 bar, it provides powerful, controlled cleaning performance in a compact and manoeuvrable design.
With a 20L onboard water reservoir and optional continuous external mains water fill, the KHD-16 supports extended cleaning cycles across factory and food production environments. Its stainless-steel mobile chassis, integrated control panel and adjustable steam output make it ideal for conveyor belt systems, production machinery and general industrial sanitation.

KHD-16 Industrial Steam Generator
The KHD-32 is our high-output 18kW industrial steam generator, delivering up to 31.5 kg/hour of high-temperature dry steam for demanding industrial environments. Designed for larger production facilities and high-throughput cleaning applications, it provides sustained steam performance at working pressures exceeding 10 bar.
With a 32L onboard water reservoir, dual vessel system and optional continuous external mains water supply, the KHD-32 supports extended cleaning cycles across food manufacturing, beverage production and heavy-duty factory operations. Its stainless-steel chassis, integrated digital controls and industrial mobility make it ideal for large conveyor systems, spiral coolers and plant-wide sanitation.

KHD-32 Industrial Steam Generator
The KHD09 is our original 9kW industrial steam generator, widely used for conveyor belt cleaning and general factory sanitation. Trusted across food production and manufacturing environments, it delivers reliable dry steam performance for light to medium debris applications.
With a 20L onboard reservoir and optional continuous mains water feed, the KHD09 provides flexible industrial steam cleaning capability across a range of applications.
The KHD09 platform has now been succeeded by the next-generation KHD-16 industrial steam generator, offering increased dry steam output and improved mobility.
KHD09
Our mid-range steam generator, the 18kW generator provides all the same benefits and features as the 9kW option, but with a 40L on-board reservoir to improve supply.
With max water usage of 26.4L/hr max (dry), and 36L/hr max (wet), the 18kW generator is perfect for providing comprehensive cleaning for belt debris and dirt which requires a bit more force.
KHD18
Using a 63A three-phase power supply (5 pin socket), and featuring a max water usage of 51.6L/hr max (dry) and 66L/hr max (wet), the KHD36 is our most powerful dry steam generator. With all the same fantastic benefits and features as the other generators in our range, the KHD36 is perfect for all heavy-duty conveyor belt and general cleaning needs.
