Uncompromised Intelligent Mesh Conveyor Belt Cleaning

Our solutions differ from standard conveyor hygiene solutions as we use dry steam from a steam generator. Our Jet System 4 mesh conveyor belt cleaning system requires no pneumatics or cleaning chemicals, and typically uses under 30 litres of tap water an hour, making it highly environmentally friendly and a fantastic solution for dry environments.

 

The design of the Jet System 4 allows it to quickly adapt to a wide range of conveyor sizes, allowing you to easily implement it into your existing factory with multiple sizes of belt. Minimise investment, maximise deployment, increase productivity.

 

What’s more, the Jet System 4 also comes with a clever touchscreen, allowing you to monitor cleaning progress. Clever software presents simple controls, stores programs, and advanced features so you can easily adapt the cleaning system to your profile and preferences.
